This time the flag holders are almost all webcartoonists. The first panel has Montrealer, Kelly Tindall, who has become an internet friend, especially since we became fathers around the same time. It was nice to finally meet him and his family at last year’s Fan Expo. The next panel has Tim Sievert, who does a great fantasy comic for older audiences. It’s very retro D&D in feel. In panel 3 we have Jennipoos, the charming wife of the artist in panel 4, Ryan North, who makes his own dinosaur comics. They are a fun couple to hang out with. Ryan got a tattoo last year of a heart with a blank banner across it so he (or other people) can write in different things that he loves. I don’t think I’ll ever get a tattoo, but that one’s a pretty sweet idea.
